The topic I decided the cover is The United States assassinating Iran’s top commander Qasem Soleimani. Reading this I learned of how the US struck down the commander with a missile strike, and the Iran Militia retaliated on an American embassy. This caused lots of concern as America and Iran already have many conflicts. This gave us fear that an all out war could be imminent. We proceeded to see many more airstrikes that President Trump, unleashed on other Iranian war facilities. This source overall covered all the conflict we saw in this surprising, and risky attack. This source seems to be very accurate. It isn’t opinion based so cant be biased, and comes from a reputable source CNBC. Throughout the article they say only proven facts so I find it very accurate. My knowledge on this topic before reading this article was more on the initial attack, but after reading more I learned that there were many attacks after the missile strike. This makes me more nervous as all of these post attacks make a retaliation by Iran seem much more likely.
